Refund Policy:
All items are eligible for a refund if they are returned in their original condition and include all tags. Failure to include all tags may result in a refund not being processed. To initiate a return, please log into your account on our website and submit a return request. Once submitted, you will receive guidance on the returning process. You have 14 consecutive days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure to include your order details and personal information within the package to ensure a smooth processing of your return.
It's important to note that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly advise retaining your postage receipt or tracking code until the refund process is finalized. Please be aware that in the event the tracking number is not communicated to our team via email following the return shipment, we will be unable to track the parcel's status at our warehouse. As a result, we regret that we cannot assure the precise timing of the refund process.
